These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern brewcircuit.one operated by BrewCircuit Inc. (BN 848901234ON0001), 80 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 415, Toronto, ON M6K 1X9, Canada. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Platform scope: BrewCircuit is a barista community and used-equipment marketplace with coffee-industry job listings. We are not a restaurant, bakery, food-delivery service or generic social network. Seller descriptions, community ratings and job leads reflect user-submitted content. We do not guarantee equipment condition, employment outcomes, income or health benefits. Green coffee and roasted coffee should be handled and stored safely.
BrewCircuit provides used espresso machine and grinder listings, classified equipment board, peer experience exchange, community ratings, seller verification notes and a coffee-industry job board. We facilitate connections but are not a party to equipment sales or employment contracts.
You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. Employers posting vacancies must have authority to represent their organization.
Registration requires accurate information and secure credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to [email protected].
Sellers must provide honest condition disclosures, accurate photos and fair pricing. BrewCircuit moderates for disclosure completeness but does not guarantee equipment condition or value. Transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for misrepresentation, shipping damage or non-delivery disputes.
Employers must post accurate role descriptions and compensation context. BrewCircuit does not guarantee employment, interviews or candidate suitability. We reject postings unrelated to specialty coffee operations.
Members participate respectfully in peer threads. Prohibited: harassment, spam, off-topic content, fraudulent listings and impersonation. Violations may result in suspension without refund.
BrewCircuit owns platform design, branding and software. You retain rights in your submissions but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate and archive content on the platform.
Standard community features are free unless stated otherwise. Featured listing placement costs C$45–C$120 per 14-day period as described on our Services page. Fees are in Canadian dollars and non-refundable except as required by law.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMMUNITY RATINGS AND VERIFICATION NOTES ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ONTARIO LAW, BREWCIRCUIT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM PLATFORM USE, EQUIPMENT TRANSACTIONS OR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF C$100 OR FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You indemnify BrewCircuit against claims arising from your listings, job posts, community conduct or breach of these Terms.
Use is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
Users must inspect equipment before purchase, follow safe coffee handling practices, comply with local employment law when hiring and exercise independent judgement on community ratings and job leads.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may close your account via [email protected]. Surviving provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
Updated Terms are posted with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of material changes.
